Lamp With Artichokes in Egg and Lemon Sauce

1 kg. Lamp
10 Artichokes
1 Cup olive oil
4-5 Fresh Onions
Anith
Salt
Pepper
2 Eggs
2 Lemons

Clean the artichokes and put them in a bowl where you have put the juice of one lemon with a little water. Slice the onions and sauté them with the meat for about 10 minutes. Add water just enough to cover it. Cook for 40 minutes and simply add the artichokes with the lemon juice. Cook for another 25 minutes.

For the Sauce
In a bowl whip the white of the eggs for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and the yolk of the eggs. Take some of the cooked meat juice let it cold and add it to the mixture. Whip it for another 5 minutes and then add it to the meat casserole, let it boil for 2 min and its finally ready.
